Play a key role in helping your store, your people and your customers win.
Responds resourcefully to customer requests and concerns
Process accurate and efficient sale and return transactions
Understand and utilize basic selling skills to properly engage and present solutions to our customers
Perform front end responsibilities such as cashier, returns, and reserve online pick up in store with no impact to the customer experience
Adheres to all company policies procedures & safety standards
Able to multitask on assorted merchandising and sales responsibilities
Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (i.e., operational tasks)
Essential skills and experience:
Able to work a flexible overnight schedule (including weekends)
Ability to travel as needed to different store locations
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Comfort in engaging and speaking to customers
Ability to lift and move supplies up to 75 pounds, stand and walk continuously
Preferred skills and experience:
Customer service experience in a retail environment
