What you will be doing:

As the HR Delivery Program Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of HR Delivery programs and cross-functional initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen how HR work gets done, improve employee and leader experience, and provide the operational visibility that supports informed decisions.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and governance of HR Delivery programs, projects, and strategic initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain the annual HR operating calendar, project plans, implementation roadmaps, playbooks, dashboards, tracking tools, and reporting mechanisms.

  • Coordinate cross-functional work across HR Delivery, HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence, business leaders, and external vendors to maintain alignment and accountability.

  • Monitor program progress, risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and delivery commitments; develop mitigation plans as needed.

  • Prepare executive presentations, leadership briefings, business reviews, communications, program updates, meeting agendas, decision documentation, and action tracking.

  • Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and improve HR processes, service delivery, employee experience, and change initiatives.

What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Organizational Development, Project Management, or equivalent work experience. 

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, HR operations, HR business partner support, organizational effectiveness, or a related business function.

  • Professional experience managing multiple concurrent projects, programs, or initiatives with defined timelines and measurable outcomes.

  • Professional experience developing project plans, tracking deliverables, managing risks and dependencies, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Professional experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and collaboration technologies to manage work and communicate results.

  • Professional experience preparing executive-level presentations, reports, briefings, and communications for leadership audiences.

  • Professional experience managing confidential employee and business information in alignment with data privacy standards and internal controls.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; or PMP, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, Lean, Agile, or equivalent professional certification.

  • 3+ years of people management experience leading professional employees or project teams, including support for Vice President-level or senior executive leadership teams.

  • Experience in HR Delivery, HR Operations, Shared Services, Talent Management, Employee Relations, HR Business Partner functions, or enterprise-wide HR transformation and organizational change initiatives.

  • Experience implementing project management methodologies, governance frameworks, dashboards, reporting tools, AI-enabled tools, workflow automation, or digital productivity solutions in highly matrixed environments.
