We are looking for an experienced and motivated M365 technical engineer to join our team and help us deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and troubleshooting M365 services and hybrid environments, as well as providing technical support and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders. You will also collaborate with other engineers, project managers, and business analysts to ensure the successful delivery of projects and customer satisfaction.
What you’ll be doing:
- Design, deploy, and manage M365 services and hybrid environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Security & Compliance Center.
- Perform migration, configuration, and integration of M365 services with on-premises systems and third-party applications.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to M365 services and hybrid environments, using various tools and methods.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders, using clear and effective communication skills.
- Document and update technical procedures, best practices, and knowledge base articles.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in M365 and related technologies.
- Participate in training and certification programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

- Strong analytical skills that include the ability to collect and interpret system performance data including incident and change ticket data analysis for identifying trends and recommending actions.
- Strong people skills with an emphasis on conflict resolution and facilitation
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Exceptional situation awareness skills
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in M365 services and hybrid environments.
- Strong knowledge of M365 architecture, features, and administration.
- Experience in migration, configuration, and integration of M365 services with on-premises systems and third-party applications.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to M365 services and hybrid environments.
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree
- Certification in M365 or related technologies

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
