Pricing Analyst

What you will be doing:
- Develop and execute customer-specific pricing strategies to win new business, retain customers, and improve profitability.
- Prepare pricing proposals, Deal P&Ls, and commercial terms in alignment with governance guidelines.
- Analyze customer requests, pricing data, and business trends to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations to deliver effective pricing solutions.
- Ensure accurate implementation of pricing within systems and manage pricing workflows through completion.
- Support continuous improvement through analysis, feedback on tools, and process enhancements.

What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in analytical, financial, or business support roles.
- 3+ years Microsoft Excel including formulas and data analysis.
- Ability to analyze data sets and identify trends.
- Strong organizational and process adherence skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting pricing, bids, or deal analysis in a B2B environment.
- Exposure to financial modeling including margin and P&L analysis.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or pricing systems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel or data visualization skills.
