What you’ll be doing:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business customers
Identify and develop new business opportunities through outreach and prospecting
Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
Achieve and exceed sales and performance goals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Manage a pipeline of opportunities and track progress in CRM tools
Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations
Stay informed on market trends and competitive landscape

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
1-3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
Strong verbal and written communication skills
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B sales environment
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships

Work Location: This is a remote position with a regional focus. This position supports customers in Baltimore and Annapolis, MD. While the role primarily supports working from home, the individual performing this role would live within or adjacent to this region.
The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
